Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All tags, seals, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned, particularly personal care products, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send any items before receiving our confirmation.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • For health and personal care products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. Refunds are only provided if the item does not arrive.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to complete the return procedure above and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


Refused Deliveries or Missed Pickups

If an order is not accepted at delivery or not collected from the local post office, it will be returned to us.
A handling fee of £12 (approx. €15) may be deducted from your refund.
